Saint Patrick’s Street is considered by many to be the main street in Cork. As well as having a huge variety of shops and restaurants, you will see some beautiful architecture on the historic buildings making up this curved street. Known as PANA by many locals, this street is home to large department stores like Brown Thomas, as well as smaller high street stores.

Merchants Quay Shopping Centre

At the beginning of Saint Patrick’s Street, you will find the Merchants Quay Shopping Centre. Home to a mix of stores such as Irish favourites like Carraig Donn and Newbridge Silverware, Merchants Quay Shopping center also has some casual dining options, perfect for grabbing a bite and resting tired feet.

Mahon Point Shopping Centre

Slightly further afield you will find Mahon Point Shopping Centre. Mahon Point is one of Ireland’s largest shopping centers and has the honour of being Ireland’s most sustainable shopping center! Mahon Point has over 60 stores and parking available.

Mother Jones Flea Market

2 minutes away from us on York street, you will find the bustling Mother Jones Flea market which is open on the weekends. The market is home to antique, vintage, and retro clothing, furniture, books, records, and creative local crafts. A must during your stay.
